ELF on a shelf. My kids introduced me to this ELF(his name is Dasher) who sits on a shelf anywhere in your house and keeps an eye on the kids. The elf is to report to Santa each night if the kids were naughty or nice so that they can earn their presents. Also, no one is to touch the elf or he will lose his magical powers. However, you can talk to him and let him know what you would like for Christmas. I am amazed by such a little elf having so much power.
