Maxim has taken a "Back to the Basics" approach in reviewing all contractor and office procedures. Our goal continues to be creating both an "Efficient and Effective Process". We understand the need to bring simplicity to Property Preservation, and continue to develop tools that allow our Contractors to better service Clients.
Maxim continues to utilize cutting edge technology for all aspects of the organization. Contractors and Processors communicate work orders and results via Field-Comm.net. We also continually collaborate with Clients to improve data transfer capabilities. Maxim is available to data test new software and provide detailed reporting and recommendations about its capabilities.
We are now in the final stages of our certifcation programs for all of our Clients. This certification process will now be used as a training tool for all new contractors and office personnel. Thanks to everyone who assisted in the creation of these new tools.
